Planning4Places, with teaming partner Sam Schwartz Transportation Consultants, is assisting the Town of Glenville in developing a Complete Streets Concept Plan for the Freemans Bridge Corridor. This project will develop concepts for Freemans Bridge Road that integrate safety improvements, encourage economic growth, and accommodate all transportation modes for all ages and abilities. As part of this effort, we will be developing an educational toolkit detailing principles and resources, conducting public outreach, and undertaking some new innovative elements to better detail conditions along the corridor and enhance understanding of existing conditions and recommendations.
Planning4Places was also recently selected, as part of a team led by T.Y. Lin, to provide support on the Route 96 Transformative Corridor Strategic Infrastructure Plan in the Town (and Village) of Victor, NY. The corridor project is focused on identifying actionable projects and improvements to enhance safety and address traffic congestion along the Corridor. Planning4Places’ role is assisting with existing conditions and plan development and public outreach tasks.
